How to make potato cheese ball (by replaced bread crumb with cracker)
Hi, guys. Welcome back to "How to make". 😃
Ingredients: Potato, Cheese, Butter, Milk, Egg, Cracker
1. Wash your potato and peel the skin off.
2. Rinse your potato (if you feel not clean enough).
3. Cut the potato into few pieces. (don`t cut too small piece)
4. Steam the potato in rice cooker (time is based on your size of potato)
5. Use potato masher to mash your boiled potato. (if you want smoother mashed potato, you can use blender)
6. Add milk and butter in your mashed potato.
7. Shape your mashed potato into flat round shape.
8. Put cheese on mashed potato and wrap into ball shape.
9. Crush your crackers.
10. Dip your potato cheese ball in beaten egg and put on crushed cracker.
11. Heating up your non-stick pan.
12. Put butter on your non-stick pan.
13. Start to fry your potato cheese balls.
14. And........... your delicious potato cheese balls is done!
You can use heavy cream instead of milk.
If you love onions, you can add on the mashed potato.
You can add salt and pepper. (every time I cook I don`t really like to put salt and pepper except really necessary.)
